First I refilled my ink cartridges with a kit instead of buying new. Now I cannot get the control panel up, it gets stuck on the toolbar and only gives me the options to close or move when I right click on it. I cannot check the cartridge levels, clean the nozzles, or print a test page or anything else that is in the Control Panel. It does not print correctly in the correct colors and puddles of ink are on the printout. Any suggestions besides buying new cartridges? I did this the last time because I think I had overfilled the cartridges the first time. It printed correctly then, but I could still not get into the control program.
