How do I set security on a printer (printer driver)?
My printers does not print from user accounts, power user accounts.
How can I fix it?

Pretty good question.. Thanks.

So you may set different security levels for printer driver.

By default all users have Print access (the Everyone group) and also the "CREATOR OWNER" name has "Manage Documents" access. Creator Owner is the user that printed the document which means users have the ability to delete their own entries on the print queue.

To change printer driver permissions perform the following:

1.Double click on "My Computer"
2.Double click on Printers (Printer Driver dialog)
3.Right click the printer (actually, printer driver) whose permissions you wish to change and select Properties
4.Select "Security"
5.Click "Permissions"
6. At least... set permissions for users

That's all.
