It seems Publisher (image printer driver engine) does not get background data from IE.
Just follow these steps:
1. Start IE. Click 'Tools' in the menu bar & select 'Internet Options'.
2. Once the internet options window has opened click the 'advanced' tab.
3.Scroll down to Printing and ensure that 'Print background colors and images' is checked.
4. Otherwise your browser will print your default color (White) as the background.
Without this setting, light colored writing may come out unreadable.
So if you have printing problems using Netscape:
1. Goto FILE
2. PAGE SETUP
3. PAGE OPTIONS...
4. click on (enable) Black Text and Beveled Lines.
That's all
