I can not find any mention of the correct combinatiuon of
keys to do a straight forward screen print of data that
appears on a screen. I want to use this for how-to
documentation. To me it seems pretty necessary
information, but it does not seem to be covered anywhere.
HELP!

It's easy. Push Alt+PrintScreen
Also, you may uses Publisher 4.0

Lori Janson,
Overdream,

Can someone tell me how to get the Print Screen button to print straight to the printer in Windows XP Pro?

JohnR,
No, you cannot print direct from Print Screen. The Print Screen captures the image of the screen to the clipboard. You then need to open graphics program and paste the captured image. You can print it from there.
